Dear reader I am writing this post(as well all my others as others up to this point) from my bed(on my Nook HD in case you were curious) and it amazes me that I can (thanks to the internet) let you dear reader into my head and let read about my thoughts and life.

As a person who is in a chair which makes getting out and meeting new people hard to do, This means a lot to me. I on a personal level hope that my blog will show you dear reader that a disabled person can and do have thoughts and feelings that matter. I am saying this because so very many people that I have run into are amazed that I can think and understand things, some are amazed that I can speak.

With all that said I hope that when you dear reader see a disabled person if you can talk to them, you make that person’s day and maybe even make a new friend or learn something new :).
