Just finished reading “Tricked” book 4 in the Iron Druid Chronicles series by Kevin Hearne, warning some spoilers ahead:
I am so glad that “Oberon” didn’t die I love that dog dear reader, he to me is one of the best parts of reading this series.
I don’t really like the darker story arc that I personally feel that the books seem to be taking, I will read the next one in the series to see how it goes.
I am currently reading the novella that goes between “Tricked” and the next book in the series, so far it seems interesting. I am sad that “Oberon” won’t be in it through, I miss his comic-relief :).
I am also on page 115 of “Dragon Age: Asunder” so far it’s keeping me interested.
The other book I am reading is “The cuckoo is calling” by J.K. Rowlings under a new pen name.
I think dear reader what’s throwing me off about reading the book is I know it’s written by a female using a male voice to tell the tale and I have personally had bad reading experience when females try to write using a guy’s voice they never seem to make it real, Yes I know dear reader I am a female I am just being honest about how I feel.
