Dear reader I just heard from my friend James a little bit ago and he told me that he is going to be in my area of town next weekend and he wants to say hi.

Dear reader in case you’re curious James isn’t the possible new guy. James is a friend that I met when he was in the same unit as my ex hubby when they both were in the Marines together.

Yes, dear reader he knows the whole messed up situation with my ex hubby He was there when it first happened and he almost punched my ex in the face over what he did to me.

My ex hubby also knows and is ok with the fact that me and James are still friends. I say that to say that I am not going against some code of don’t mess with your ex’s friends.

I am very surprised that he wants to visit me through, I haven’t seen him in person since I moved from where I was living with my ex in September of 2011.
We have kept in touch through Facebook, which is how he told me wanted to see me.  This just feels really out of the blue though. I am really saying WTF in my mind right now.

We haven’t really been the type to hangout. It’s hard to explain, I see him as my big brother though we are the same age (long story) . He is very nice and helped me through some hard times for which I am very thankful.

This is the first time he said he wanted to hangout though. I don’t know if it’s:

“Hey I am in your area so I will park the car and see you for a bit before I leave to get where I am originally heading your way to go to.”

OR

Is it “I actually want to see you and spend time with you in your house”.

I sent him a message on FB and told him I would love to see him(which is true) and gave him my address.
