Dear QVC:
I don’t want to owe you money, I really value buying things from you since I have a hard time getting to a “normal” store because of my chair.
I am trying to be a good customer and warn you about a problem and you just tell me to call back in a few days.
I bought some things from you back on the 4th of this month, Your customer service person told me when I called that it was billed on the 5th, then why is the money back in my account and nothing is pending. Last night it was pending when I looked. I am so confused.
I don’t want to owe you money or loose my good standing with your company.
