Dear Nook:
I really like you, I have had every Nook since the Nook Color and I have been happy.
You even fixed the annoying charger breaking issue. However you’re customer service over the phone sucks which is part of the reason why I am so annoyed right now.
I just bought the “enhanced” version of the 2nd book of the Divergent trilogy and it will not open on my Nook HD(Yes I have enough space).
I have downloaded it twice now and it will not open and I hate calling your customer service because I never can seem to find one who understands me.
I don’t want to waste $9.99 but I doubt you’ll actually give me a refund even if I call. Based on the fact that I’ve had this issue with another book and you basically told me in a nice way sucks to be me.
If I didn’t hate Amazon so much I really would go Kindle,
