Dear Nook:
You just proved me right again, you’re customer service sucks. I just got it of the online chat with your customer service person and I told him about the book not opening and after stating my problem 3 times and saying “Yes the book will not open. ”
He told me that he was having the same issue and that he put a ticket in with the publisher and it should be fix in 7-10 days. He then asks me if that’s ok with me and I ask him if I can get a convermation e-mail and he closes the chat.
I am so mad right now.
Also the only way I have truly found to free up space on my Nook is to delete books from my account, you’re cloud doesn’t do crap.
When I asked about this I was told well only some people have that issue.
I am disabled, I am stuck in bed at home most of the time and reading is one of my favorite escapes from my pain and you just don’t seem to care.
I spent a $100 gift card with you that my dad gave me in about a month in a half I am not a customer you want to lose.
