Dear reader I just finished reading “The Raising” by Laura Kasischke my personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader this book is in my personal opinion one of the worst, poorly written, and confusing books I have read in a long time.

I want to say more but that would give the whole plot of the book away. I kept reading to the end to get some sort of pay off as to why the main plot point of the book even happened but nothing is ever really revealed, in my opinion farfetched doesn’t even begin to cover it however it’s the only word that I can think of that even comes close.

I personally rate this book a 1/10(I don’t feel right giving it a zero because a person did take the time to write it).
