Dear reader this maybe a bit hard to follow so I will do my very best to break it down in a way that hopefully will be easy to understand just bear with me:

My friend from the UK wanted me to play final fantasy online with him so I signed up for the beta.

I made an account downloaded the game and it said that serves were down so I waited for the next day then it said my password was wrong. I tried to to recover my password but couldn’t. I got fed up and deleted the beta completely from my system and saves.

Fast forward to today my friend was nice enough to get me a card to get the game because he really wants me to play the game with him.

I tried to do a password recovery for the game again tonight with the game and it said my email wasn’t registered on with them at all.

I made a new account with my email and it said I couldn’t use my old screen name because it was taken so I picked a new name and password and it went through.

However it will not let me change the screen name on the login screen of the game on my PS4 from the one I used on the beta so I can put the new one with the account info I have. I am so mad right now.

If I reset my password it will reset it for the screen name I just made not that the one connected to the other name.

Thankfully my friend understands. I have never in my life had this much trouble with a video game before.
