Dear reader I just finished reading “Crimson Veil” book #15 in the “Other World/Sisters of the moon” series by Yazmine Galenorn. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader I feel like this book was a let down for me. To me nothing really major gets dealt with plot wise(which was a major problem in my opinion with the last book as well, except the babies being born).

To me You could’ve had easily made the last book a bit longer and added this stuff and made this book deal with some of the hanging threads, I guess it wouldn’t bother me so much if there weren’t so many major plot points open over two books.

Also someone hires a major assassin to kill you and they miss twice but o don’t worry about it since they missed twice they will probably be killed by the person who hired them to kill you because they failed, Yes, I paraphrased that but still WTF?

I guess at the core of what I am saying is I personally feel like I could’ve skipped the book entirely and started on the next book in the series when it’s out and not missed much but the sex scenes, a funeral, and adding a new person who can at some points be helpful To me that doesn’t really leave me fulfilled as a reader.

I personally rate this book a 3/10(mostly because I like the characters so much).
