Dear reader I just had a really odd thing happen to me earlier today and I swear it’s true:

I have been saying for the last few years (out louad) that I would like to be able to go visit New Orleans and visit the French Quarter(Ann Rice Vampire books).

Travel is very hard for me physically due to the fact that I can’t walk at all. I would need someone to help me physically (get into and out of the plane etc) and as of right now there isn’t anyone who would be willing or physically able to help me.

Well today in the mail I get a letter(addressed to my maiden name, which isn’t my legal name right now)  that says thank you for your recent interest in visiting Louisiana and it includes a map with places to stay.

I know enough in my life to know that stranger things than my possibly going to visit Louisiana have happened so we shall see dear reader: ). I will keep you all updated of course.

PS. Maybe it’s a sign of things to come.
