Note to reader: I finished the book last night, however I fell asleep before I could post the review so I am doing it now.

Dear reader I finished reading “Alias Hook” by Lisa Jensen. My personal review of this book is as follows:

Dear reader I found the descriptive writting in this book really made me feel as if I was in the story, that doesn’t happen with a lot of books I read.

I like the side of Hook the book portrays I personally feel like he was very well developed. 

Some of the twists to the classic “Neverland” tale confused me(I don’t want to say more and give the story away) however overall I enjoyed the story, my only real complaint would be that it took so long for “Hook” and “Stella” to realize why she was there.

I also found the ending to be a bit of a let down. I personally rate this book a 6/10.

PS. A certain twist in the book kind of made me go eww in a way but I don’t want to give it away because it’s a main plot point.
