Note to reader: The backstory to this post can be found in “The lady didn’t show up at all” post in the life tab of my blog.  I am in a chair because I have CP(Cerebral Palsy).

Dear reader I messed up my knee:

My dad’s friend Rosie was trying to get me onto my bed and she forgot that the bottom half of me(My feet and my legs) don’t automatically follow where you’re trying to get my top half to go so when she tried to put me down one of my legs got pinned between my chair and the bed and my knee bent weird.

My other leg was fine and I already have messed up knees as a side-effect of the spasticness of my disability.

I have ice on it now and my dad is trying to see what other person can lift me instead.
