Dear reader I couldn’t sleep so I stayed up and finished reading “Strange Fates” book #1 in the “Nyx Fortuna” series by Marlene Perez. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader I am just being honest when I say that I found this book to be completely confusing, nothing seemed to fix or make coherent sense.

I kept reading because I like “Nyx” as a character and the ideas behind the storyline interested me however I am not going to be reading the 2nd book in the series.

I can honestly say I only liked one part of the entire book and it’s how “Nyx”deals with “Gaston” in the end.

I personally rate this book a 2/10. Happy reading dear reader: ).
