Dear reader I just finished reading “Rouge” book #3 in the “Croak” trilogy by Gina Damico. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader this book is one of the saddest books I have ever read, I can’t say more without giving things away, however the sadness doesn’t really stop, I mean there are light hearted moments but then you breathe and boom the sadness is back.

I know that this is kind of strange to say for reading a book however I think I am still in a bit of shock from all the sad.

I don’t regret reading the trilogy dear reader, I do think “Lex” and “Driggs” have one hell of a love story so that makes up for some of it. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you that it’s a “punch in the gut” kind of book.

Over all I personally rate this book a 7/10.
