I just finished reading “Silver Bullet”.

Dear reader I can’t sleep so I finished reading “Silver Bullet” book #2 in the “Preternatural Affairs” series by S.M. Reine. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader the only way I can think of to explain this book is to say picture a scarier/darker version of “Men in Black” mixed with the CIA(like “The Blacklist”), which to me personally feels like what the book is trying to establish(how the agency “Felix” and the team work for).

I don’t want to give too much away except that this is the first time that I have been scared of a books “bad guy”.

I don’t want to run into(So to speak) any nightmares.

I have to be honest with you dear reader and say that I personally didn’t understand some of how the mechanics/mythology of this series works which threw me off a bit(I hope some of these things will be explained better in the next book).

Over all I personally rate this book a 7/10. Happy reading dear reader: ).

PS. The “sparkle bomb” idea was awesome and as I read about it I thought:

“Maybe this is how/why the vampires in “Twilight” sparkle” lol, in case you’re wondering I haven’t read the Twilight books and I don’t plan to, I am a “Blade” and “Lestat” type of girl. Real vampires don’t sparkle.

Tell me what you think.
