Dear reader I am writing this while watching the season 5 finale episode of “Downton Abbey”.

I love the quote from “The Dowager countess” :

“Never complain and never explain.”

The moment with “Lady Edith” and her dad when he tells her he knows about her daughter and he is still loves her and her daughter is so epic in it’s awesomeness.

Dear reader is it me or does “Mary” seem a bit more cranky this episode than she usually does?

The scenes about the broth were in my personal opinion some of the funniest I’ve seen on the show so far: ).

The moment when they were talking about “Sybil” in the kids bedroom as they were hanging up the kids Christmas stockings made me almost cry.

Congratulations to “Carson” & “Mrs. Hughs” on their engagement, I can’t wait to see their wedding <3.

And of course the ending kiss between "Anna" & "Mr. Bates" could anything have been more romantic?
