Dear reader I can’t sleep so I finished reading “The day we met” by Rowan Colman. My personal review of the book is as follows:
First things first dear reader if you’re planning on reading this book be sure to have a tissue box handy because I definitely think that you’ll need it.
I didn’t cry myself however I did get misty – eyed a bit a few different times.
I think “Zach” was a bit too good to be true and some parts felt a bit too “lifetime movie” for me personally however it does bring Alzheimer’s to life in a really real way.
I do wonder what “Caitlin”‘s life was like with her baby and if her and “Zach” stayed together or not I would be interested in that being a book 2.
Overall I personally rate this book a 6/10. Happy reading dear reader :).
