Dear reader I can’t sleep so I finished reading “BlackBird” book #1 in the “BlackBird” series by Anna Carey. My personal review of the book is as follows:

First things first dear reader I have to warn you that if you don’t like books that are told in the 2nd person narrative style then I am almost positive that you will not like this book.

The book kind of reminds me of a “choose your own adventure” novel except that you don’t actually get to make any choices.

The best way I can personally think of to discribe this book without giving anything away is to say it’s like “the born identity” for teenagers.

I know that the storyline of the book/series is pretty far fetched however it still had me wanted to see what happens next and I downloaded book #2 in the series right after I finished it because I have to know what happens next.

Overall I personally rate this book a 5/10. Happy reading dear reader 🙂

PS.  I think that if/whenever they make a movie out of this series I will probably want to see it.
