Dear reader I just finished reading “Written in Red” book #1 in the “Others” series by Anne Bishop. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader I first want to start this review by giving you a warning that if cutting/talking about cutting is a trigger for you then please don’t read this series.

Now that I have said that I will tell you my personal opinion of the book. I think the mythology and the characters within the book/series are very interesting.

I can already see from what I’ve read so far that “Meg” is the “heart” of this series, she is in my personal opinion the person who makes the “others” who know her want to be kinder to the humans.

I also really like “Sam”, overall I am excited to see where the storyline goes from her. I will be downloading book #2 in the series as soon as I finish posting this review.

Overall I personally rate this book an 8/10. Happy reading dear reader :).
