Dear reader this is my personal review of episode #1 of season 2 of “Food Fighters” with Adam Richman.
I haven’t seen the episode yet dear reader I am writing this review as I am watching the show using my DVR so that I can pause and rewind as needed.
I am excited about season 2 dear reader, let’s see what happens:
This episode’s home cook is Jacky Herrera, she seems really cool dear reader I hope that she wins.
Round #1: Pro chef for this round is: Ray Lampe. The dish for this round is: Cheese Enchiladas.
Round #1 results are: In a 4-1 decision, the winner of this round is: Jacky.
Dear reader Jacky just won $5,000 for her Cheese Enchiladas.
Round #2: The pro chef for this round is Daniel Shemtob. The dish for this round is: Beef Empanadas.
Round #2 results are: In a 4-1, the winner of this round is: Jacky.
Yay dear reader Jacky wins again with $10,000 for winning this round and $15,000 banked so far in this episode.
Round #3: The pro chef for this round is: Stuart O’Keefe. (Side note dear reader I don’t remember him from season 1 of the show). The dish for this round is: Pan-fried salmon.
Round #3 results are: In a 4-1 decision, the winner of this round is: Jacky.
Dear reader Jacky wins again with $15,000 for this round and she has banked $30,000 so far for this episode.
Round #4: The pro chef for this round is: Danelle Saunders. The dish for this round is: Spicy Meatballs.
Dear reader I think that this round is the most interesting for me so far it just seems to be the most intense round so far.
Round #4 results are: In a 5-0 decision the winner of this round is: Jacky.
Dear reader Jacky just won $20,000 for this round and she has banked $50,000 so far in this episode.
Round #5: The pro chef for this round is: Antonia Lofaso. The dish for this round is: Berry Sponge cake.
Dear reader Jacky had a lot of trouble with her sponge cake, the cake didn’t come out right so she split up the 2 cakes that did cook right over the 6 plates for the judges. I have my fingers crossed for her.
Round #5 results are: In a 3-2 decision, the winner of this round is: Chef Lofaso.
Jacky gets to take home $50,000. I am very happy for her.
