Dear reader I just finished reading “The Speechwriter: A Brief Education in Politics” by Barton Swaim. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader I want to start by saying(in case you don’t already know) that I am a politics junkie which is why this book interested me in the first place.

I guessed that it was talking about former governor Mark Sanford just by the way it talked about the scandal in the beginning of the book, however in my personal opinion this book was very boring the only part of it that I liked was the last two or three pages when the author was talking about not trusting politicians.

I personally don’t believe in rating a book a 0 on a 1/10 scale because of the fact that someone did take time and effort into writing it so for this reason I am personally rating this book a 1/10. Happy reading dear reader :).
