Dear reader I just finished reading “A Red-Rose chain” book number #9 in the “October Daye” series by Seanan Mcguire. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader I started this book excited to hopefully finally get to “see” “Toby” and “Tybalt”‘s wedding however as things always seem to go for “Toby” the world around her goes crazy before she can have her wedding.

The first half of the book is a bit confusing with the “insider politics”.
If you are a fan of “Walter” you will definitely want to read this book because a lot of his backstory/his family’s story comes to the forefront.

Then towards the end of the book “Toby ‘ s” powers and how far she can take them is reveled, which left me a question about it (it happens at the end of book so I don’t want to talk about it and give anything away) I hope it’s dealt with in the next book in the series.
