The things I have done from my bed (9/18/15)

Note to reader: I am only writing this post because I think it might inspire some people who are having trouble to try to achieve their own dreams again. I am ONLY going to talk about my own personal life/experiences everyone handles problems differently which is perfectly fine.

Dear reader it’s currently 3:17AM for me as I am watching this, I am awake because my CP(Cerebral Palsy) doesn’t want to let my body relax so that I can sleep.

I am also a bit excited still about the new possible audio book opportunity I recently received(Check the “Thanks for another opportunity” post in the “Cool Stuff” tab of my blog for the full backstory) and the opportunity to get an ebook arc copy of “Owl and the City of Angels” by Kristi Charish(Check the “Books” tab of my blog if you’re curious about it) because of you dear reader  and this blog and how I have been able to do this stuff from my bed in my room in Southern California.

Being disabled from birth I have always wanted to have a “Normal” job, I would be honestly happy to be able to stock  shelves at Walmart(The ones my chair could reach) or something else like that however not being able to physically get myself into/out of the bathroom kind of makes that hard.

So I kept looking for other stuff I could physically do, I have always loved stories and to write however I don’t think I am amazing at writing still after I got this blog(2 years ago now, it seems like you have always been with me dear reader) I decided that I would write and self-publish a book with the whole point of it being NOT trying to sell it but just simply to be able to say whenever someone asks me what I have done I can say I have written/published a book here’s the link(it’s my plan to eventually upload it to B&N.com because I read books on my Nook tablet).

Now I have started to see that having this blog will possibly bring me some more opportunities as well which again is beyond amazing to me because I am just a “normal” girl.

So with all that said dear reader if I can do all of this mostly while on my bed in my room(I do go outside on occasion) then image what you can do, (I am going to assume that you can walk dear reader) with your legs and a dream, yes and of course time, luck, and some hard work.

Please don’t give up on your dreams. You might have to take a few detours along the way however please remember that detours are NOT dead ends, trust me on this one dear reader I know this from experience.

Also know that I am cheering you on as well please comment on this post if you are seeking encouragement and if you want me to I will post about here so that if the other readers have an advice or anything else that can help you they can share it with you.

After all dear reader we are on this journey together ♡.

Tell me what you think.
