Dear reader I couldn’t sleep because of the pain from my CP(Cerebral Palsy) so I finished reading “Salt” by Colin F Barnes. Just to be completely honest with you dear reader I downloaded this book for free from NetGally. My personal review of this book is as follows:

Dear reader this book reminds me of the old movie “Water World” (In case you don’t know the movie https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waterworld).

To be completely honest with you dear reader a lot of how the “plague”(my word for it) and the science behind it kinda confused me as well as a few plot points regarding the murder mystery part of the story.

However the setting of the book really made me feel as though I was there with the people who were trying to survive.

I would be interested in reading a book two about these characters at some point in the future.

Overall I personally rate this book a 7/10. Happy reading dear reader :).
