Dear reader I just finished reading  “Unhidden” book #1 in the “Gate Keeper Chronicles” series by Dina Given. I want to be completely  honest with you dear reader and let you know up front that I downloaded an ebook copy of this book for free from NetGally for an honest review. My personal review this book is as follows:

I personally think that this book would be a lot better off as a movie than a book, All of the action and different “Bad guys”(Think “Men in Black” meets magic and you’ll kinda get what I am talking about)  made it hard for me to follow the story as well as my confusion in regards to all of the convenient “hot guys” the main character has to choose from made it  hard for me to believe in the love story angle of the book.

Maybe if all of this was spaced out over the course of more books(yes I know that it’s part 1 of a series) I would’ve liked it more.

Overall I personally rate this book a 2/10. Happy reading dear reader  ☺
