Dear reader somehow some guy on FB managed to add two of my friends and they both really didn’t know him(I found this out later on) then he messaged me trying to add me pretty much acting like he was in love with me within the first 5 minutes of the conversation.

I asked him if he had a gf because there was a girl with him in his profile picture he said she was his dead wife and that she died in a car accident 10 years ago.
I said I was sorry for his loss and he said don’t worry about it. I then asked him how he knew my friends and he said he didn’t.

I told both of my friends to block him because he seems like a creep and they said he had sent them odd messages too but they thought he was ok because he was on each other’s friends list.

Now we have all blocked him.  Dear reader this is why I don’t trust meeting people online.

However I am still open to the possibility of meeting someone here or via FB however I am personally done with online dating sites because I have had way too many stalkers and weird people over the years I have tried it.

Yes I met my ex husband that way as well.

It’s just hard not to feel a little bit paranoid/annoyed when things like this happen to me.
