I think it’s important to acknowledge your sad days(11/25/15)

Note to reader: The following post is ONLY about me venting/talking about my own personal feelings/emotions that I am currently feeling at the moment, nothing more nothing less.

Dear reader right now I am currently feeling sad and I don’t really know why. Nothing is bad in my life right now.

I have found through past personal experience that trying to ignore being sad doesn’t help me so I have learned to just “let” myself feel however I am feeling and usually it goes away after a while.

I also want to say thank you for reading this and staying with me on this journey. Having you guys around has made an amazing difference in my life ♡.
