Note to reader: The following post is ONLY about me talking about myself and my own personal situation and feelings about it and telling my readers thank you for all of the help and encouragement they give me Nothing more nothing less.

Dear reader I know that this post might sound lame or over exaggerating to some however I am being completely honest and heartfelt about how I feel.

When I first started this blog 2 and a half years ago it was just a place where I could vent about my life so that it wouldn’t stay inside me and explode.

I knew that someone else would eventually stumble upon my blog and read about me and my life however I never thought I’d ever get(as of right now) 501 followers or that you guys would be so supportive of me even with all of my issues.

I love to read(Check out my Book Reviews tab of my blog if you’re curious about them) so I started to add book reviews as well as movies/tv shows and video games(Check said tabs on my blog for more information about them if you are interested).

One day in September of this year I saw on Facebook that an author of a book series I really like was wanting bloggers to read/review her book and with your encouragement dear reader I submitted my information and I got the review which meant that I had to sign up for a NetGally account to be able to read/review her book as well as the possibility of reviewing other books.

Fast forward to now dear reader I have done 14 reviews already and have just gotten approved for a new one which makes 4 that I am in the process of getting done(one of which I will only be able to submit to NetGally itself until after the publication date of some time after June of 2016 by special publisher request after which time I will be able to talk about the book and post my review here).

I know that I don’t get paid for these reviews dear reader so it’s not a real job however to me personally it feels like one and it may lead to bigger opportunities in the future as I get my foot in the door with more authors and publishers which could possibly lead to some money at some point in time.

Since I have CP(Cerebral Palsy) and I have never yet had a chance to work at a “normal job”(I have done some work online as an independent contractor for a company who is now out of business)
The NetGally opportunities really do give me a sense of purpose and satisfaction when you like the review or an author like Michael Phillip Cash Sends me soft cover copies of a few of his books by mail to read/review .

I never thought I’d ever get an opportunity like this and it’s all mostly because of you dear reader with all of your likes, comments, views, and follows if it was only me reading the books I didn’t have an audience of people reading my blog I don’t think that authors or publishers would care what I have to say.

I have also decided to add the fact that I review books as a “job” on my personal FB page(I explained that I don’t get paid) because it has given me so much excitement.

Thanks so much for giving me this opportunity and for staying on this journey with me it really does mean more to me than I can say.
