Dear reader I just finished reading “A painted goddess” book #3 in the “A fire beneath the skin” trilogy by Victor Gischler. This opportunity and other book reviews like it are made possible in large part because of your likes, views, comments, and follows on this blog so thank you very much dear reader. My personal review of the book is as follows:
Dear reader I can’t really say why I didn’t like this book as much as I liked the other two books in the trilogy. I will say that this book especially reminds me of “City of Stairs” by Robert Jackson Bennett except to be completely honest with you dear reader “City of Stairs” is better however if you like “City of Stairs” you might enjoy this one as well.
To be completely honest with you dear reader I think that a few story related things went past me as well as the fact that I personally was annoyed by some of the main character love storyline elements of this book in particular.
Overall I personally rate this book a 4/10. Happy reading dear reader :).
PS. If you’re interested in possibly having me do a book review for your book please email me at darkrose04 @ Gmail.com (I spaced it out to hopefully avoid spam bots).
