Note to reader: The following post might be a little bit rambling and I apologize in advance.

Dear reader I can’t sleep and I want to get some thoughts out of my system and kinda update you on some blog related/book review stuff. I apologize in advance for saying stuff that you might already know if you have been with me for awhile now:

I was talking to Oscar tonight(Latest update on him is here) and I was explaining to him about you guys/this blog, my book review opportunities, and my book(s).

During the course of the conversation I was telling him that I want to focus more on my blog and my book review opportunities especially since I will hopefully be able to attend the free book fair event in a few weeks(this is the event that I made the business cards for in order to hopefully get the word out to the authors that I see there that I am doing reviews).

He seemed to focus more on my writing and calling me an author which I don’t personally feel that I am as of right now especially since I currently haven’t made anything for sale or finished writing stuff yet and Yes, dear reader I told him the same thing.

He still says that he thinks that I will be an “awesome writer”(his words) his confidence in me does honestly mean a lot to me.

Still I personally feel that at this point in time the place where I am having the most opportunities is in the book reviews/blogging area(Youguys are a large part of why I am getting these opportunities because of all of your likes, views, follows, and comments on this blog which I am beyond thankful for) so for now this is where I am focusing my time and effort at least until the book fair event is over (Obviously I will still be writing on here as always, I am just saying that in regards to the book reviews, unless I get opportunities because of the event).

I know that I am not currently getting paid for my blog or the book reviews and I know that I am far from professional. I AM NOT NOR WILL I EVER EVER MAKE THIS BLOG ABOUT MONEY. THIS BLOG WILL ALWAYS BE A SAFE PLACE AND A PLACE WHERE I CAN BE MYSELF.  Not to say that I would turn down money from ads or product reviews. The product reviews if they ever happen will always be my completely honest opinion and stuff that I like and would use as well as I will always do my very best to always get you guys discount codes for anything that I can because all of these types of opportunities are because of you.

I am still starting to feel comfortable with calling myself a blogger especially since I now have told my family and friends about you guys no, dear they haven’t read it yet.

I decided to tell them before they saw it on my business cards (because this blog is a big part of why I get so many book review opportunities) and not have them be shocked or super curious about it. Now that they know it seems like it’s another thing that I do which makes sense with my love of books and writing.

I really do feel like telling them and going to the book fair event/getting business cards to pass out while there is a big step in my life and maybe even a chance at a career(everyone has to start somewhere) that I am actually physically able to do and that I really enjoy.

I honestly can’t believe all of the different ways having you in my life for the last almost 3 years now has changed me as a person as well as my life.

I can’t wait to see where we go next dear reader ♡. 

PS. I decided to pay the $26.00 to keep my domain name registration current for another year now when I know that I have money to pay for it so that I don’t have to worry about it again for awhile. I’m starting to feel like an adult :).
