Note to reader: The following post is ONLY about me talking/venting about my own personal thoughts/feelings about this situation. I am NOT trying to make anyone feel sorry for me or speak for anyone else with a disability other than myself.
Dear reader my niece Jenice and her husband Ricky(He is the one who needs a kidney transplant soon) finally moved into their own home I am so very excited and proud of them.
I am also a little bit sad because their house has a lot of stairs outside before you even get to the front door.
I have CP(Cerebral Palsy) so I use a power wheelchair to get around I hope that I am able to get inside of the house maybe via the back entrance(by the garage) because that way doesn’t usually have stairs or they are small enough to use a ramp on them(I have a small movable ramp that I might be able to use to get inside).
For me personally dear reader it’s things like this that are the most annoying and frustrating about being in a wheelchair.
I will let you guys know whenever my dad and I finally get to visit and how getting me in the house goes.
