Note to reader: The following post is NOT a full review of the episode it’s just me asking a question about it that has me puzzled also please don’t read any further if you haven’t already seen the episode yet or aren’t up to this point in the show yet because it will contain spoilers. Also I am just a fan doing this for fun any mistakes are my own.

Dear reader I just saw the season 3 finale of Scorpion last night and I am confused about why Walter didn’t know that Happy is currently married to someone else.

Yet the crazy guy who kidnapped Toby in the episode knew about it because at once point he told Toby that she wouldn’t say yes to his proposal because she couldn’t.
