Dear reader it was very interesting learning about Penn’s weight loss journey, I personally don’t think that I would be able to follow/live by a diet like his however I am happy that it worked out so well for him. I personally don’t feel comfortable with giving this book a number rating because I don’t think it’s right to judge another person’s life which is what I would feel like I would be doing if I rated it by a number.
