Note to reader: The following post is ONLY about me talking about myself and my own personal experience/thoughts with regards to the application. Nothing more nothing less. 

Dear reader if you have been around on this journey with me for awhile you already know that I have promised to always keep it 100% real with you about what I think about stuff, this post is me trying my hardest to do just that. 

I am NOT trying to tell you to not use the app if you want to I am just going to tell you about my own personal experience with it and why I personally will not be on it anymore. 

It’s really early in the morning for me right now dear reader I can’t sleep because of my muscle spasms from my CP(Cerebral Palsy) so I decided to check out Periscope because I noticed that I was getting some new followers on it.

When I was there I noticed that an icon of a camera popped up on my screen for a second as I was broadcasting which I am pretty sure means that a person who was watching it took a picture of me.

I don’t really care about the picture of my face all that much because my camera quality on that app/my phone is crappy so I don’t think that the person could use it for anything as well as the fact that it’s just of my face.

I know that people can technically do the same thing for other live video apps however the fact that the app gives users an option to do so is kind of scary in my personal opinion dear reader. 

I personally am liking the live.me app (booknerd0486 is my screen name on there if you want to say hi to me there as well) because:

1. My camera seems to work better on there.

2. The people who are on it have been way nicer to me.

3. It says in the chat room on there that anyone who does anything sexual or violence on there will be banned which makes me feel a lot more comfortable with using it.
