Dear reader I just got back from my latest dentist appointment here’s what happened:

I had to get another wire put in, I guess that I progressed enough from last month to make it necessary it definitely hurt more this time.

As for what color bands I went with this month I picked red again. Dear reader having you here on this journey with me gives me courage to keep facing my fears of the dentist ♡.
