Note to reader: I didn’t personally know anyone who was killed on 9/11. I do have vivid memories of watching the plan hitting the 2nd tower via television I was getting ready to go to school in my sophomore year of high school. I thought it was fake and for a movie at first.

Dear reader I just wanted to say that my thoughts and prayers are with all of the people who were killed on 9/11 as well as their families, friends, and the first responders who have gotten cancer as a result of helping after the attacks.

Please hug your family and friends a little tighter today dear reader you never know what tomorrow will bring.
