Dear reader I can’t sleep so I finished listening to the audio book of “Shifter” book #1 in the “Alpha Claim” series by Tamara Rose Blodgett  and Marata Eros. I was blessed enough to be given a free audible.com code for the book from the voice narrator of the book Holly Elise(she follows me on Twitter @BookNerd0486 if you want to say hi to me that way). My personal review of the book is as follows:

The book in my personal opinion isn’t long enough to really explain what’s going on and when you do get to the point of the main plot starting to kick in the book ends. The characters explain how they are feeling but the storyline it’s self takes forever to catch up to them.

I am going to reserve giving this book a number rating until after I’ve read/listening to book two in the series. I do want to add that if you are a fan of “Preternatural Affairs” series by S.M. Reine I think that you’ll enjoy this book as well because it seems to have some of the same vibes. Happy reading dear reader :).
