Dear reader I just finished reading “Mademoiselle Chanel” by C.W. Gortner. I picked up a soft-cover copy of the book from Bookoutlet.com  I have read and enjoyed many other books by C.W. Gortner and I wanted to see how I would like this one; My personal review of the book is as follows:

I really admired Coco’s perseverance and commitment to being true to herself no matter what it cost her. I personally admire and thank her for doing her part in breaking down barriers so that I and other future women would be able to own our business, be a part of the work force, etc.

I know that this book is a fictionalized version of Chanel’s life however I personally don’t feel comfortable with rating this book. I definitely recommend reading it if you are interested in fashion. Happy reading dear reader?
