Dear reader I just finished reading “Sweet Venom” book number one in the “Medusa Girls” series by Tera Lynn Childs. My uncle Timmy gave me a soft-cover copy of the book. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I really liked the concept and overall storyline of the book even though I was personally confused about how some of the mechanics of the plotline fit together(magic, powers, etc) around page 160 things started to make sense to me and I felt more drawn into the storyline and the characters.

The last half of book in my personal opinion had a few plot mechanism that wrapped up a bit too conveniently(I understand some of it because it helps set up the next book).

I feel like if you like books like the “Percy Jackson” series (but from a female perspective) then I  feel like you’ll enjoy the book especially if you enjoy stories featuring sisters.

Overall I personally rate this book a 6 and a half of 10 because of how much I liked the characters. Happy reading dear reader ?. Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get considered by authors and publishers for future books and helps others to find my reviews ?.
