Note to reader: I know this is just a game and I am not trying to seem/sound like another girl complaining about games so please save those comments. I just happen to be a girl who plays video games for fun.

Dear reader I just got the part in “Injustice:Gods amongst us” (Storyline mode) where the Joker slaps Harley Quinn after he tells her to leave and she says she doesn’t want to.

Maybe I am a little naive, however I don’t really remember the Joker ever being physically violent towards Harley before.

I might be wrong I am NOT hardcore into the storyline, however in the cartoons and things I have seen he has said mean things to her but that’s as far as I personally can remember it going.

I personally believe that the Joker loves or at least cares for Harley in his own twisted way so to see him hit her(and Yes I know it was a slap, and yes I know they are fictional characters, who are in a video game in this setting),

Was very disconcerting to me. I personally think it cheapens the character of the Joker to have him slap her, I think a mean snarky remark could have suited the situation and storyline just fine(to get Harley to leave).
