Dear reader I just finished reading “The confessions of Catherine De Medici” by C. W. Gortner. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader I started this book because I liked the show “Reign” and I wanted to know more about Catherine(Yes, dear reader I know that both the show and book are fictional).

I personally didn’t find this book as compelling as the other books I’ve read by this author however it was still interested even though it was boring at parts.

I personally think that this book was trying to show that Catherine put France above everything in her life.

I personally could relate to still waiting the love of a husband that you know for a fact is cheating on you.

Overall I personally rate this book a 5/10. Happy reading dear reader :).
