Note to reader: The following post is ONLY about me talking about my own personal thoughts/feelings about this subject. I am NOT trying to judge anyone.
Dear reader is it wrong or judgemental to say that you don’t understand something/why someone would do something?
As someone who is disabled(from CP, Cerebral Palsy) I have always had people ask me questions about myself, my body, and my life and some of the questions cross so many different lines that I will never be able to fully explain to you however I still understand that people are curious.
The reason why I am writing this post is because I was just on YouTube and I happened to see on a list of videos one about making a period for trans-Woman.
I am a straight female and I have always liked/been attracted to men and I really do feel comfortable with being a woman however I personally don’t understand why someone would want to “fake” a period.
Does that make me a bad person dear reader? I am NOT trying to say that I think that a person who wants to do it shouldn’t do it or want to do it. I am ONLY saying that I personally don’t understand why they would want to.
For me personally as a woman having a period sucks on so many different levels and if I could not have one I would be thankful.
Side note because of my CP I was given the opportunity to have my ovaries and stuff removed in 2009 when I was deciding on what permanent birth control I wanted to use (I can’t physically take care of myself let alone a child and birth control pills and patches don’t work for me due to the high blood clot risks because I can’t physically walk) I personally chose to just get my tubes tied(I had special dr. Permission for my age, under 30/35 because of my CP) and NOT to get my ovaries removed so that if someday they find a way to cure CP/help me walk that I would still have the opportunity to carry a child through in vitro fertilization.
Dear reader I want to understand people more but I don’t want to seem or be judgemental, I still honestly don’t understand all of the different types of sexual orientation/the other (I know that I am saying this wrong but I honestly don’t know how to say it) terms besides male, female, or trans.
I am going to end this post now, thanks for letting me ramble dear reader you are awesome ♡.
