I refuse to spend $13.99 for a ebook.

Note to reader: I know that writing a book is hard work(as I am trying to write my own fictional stories) and I believe that authors should be paid fairly.

Dear reader I personally refuse to pay  $13.99 for an ebook unless it’s by Patrick Rothfuss because he is just that awesome.

I know that paperbacks and hard covers are supposed to be more expensive and I understand and agree with that since you get a physical copy of the book.

I personally think around  $10 is the most I would spend on an ebook.

I will just have to wait until the book I want to read comes down to its “paperback” price.

  1. Is the book that prompted this post only available via e-version?

Otherwise, I agree. If I’m spending more than $5, I personally prefer to simply own a physical copy.

    1. I have a hard time physically holding physical books because of my CP(Cerebral Palsy) also its easier for me personally to download books directly to my Nook tablet because it’s hard for me to get out to the book store also I don’t have a lot of room for many physical books since I read a lot.

      Thanks for your comment :).
