Dentist part #22 (2/20/16)

Note to reader: The following post is ONLY about me venting/talking about my own personal experience with this situation. Any and all harsh or teasing comments will be deleted. I have been teased about this situation enough already.

PS. The back story to this post is in the “Dentist part #21” post in the “Me” tab of my blog if you’re curious about it.

Dear reader I just got home from changing the bands on my braces for the first time, today is officially 1 month since I’ve had my braces put on.

The Dr who does my braces said that I am thankfully doing really well with my brushing(it’s difficult for me to brush and floss my teeth due to my hand-eye-coordination issues from my CP, Cerebral Palsy) and he and my regular dentist can both see a difference in my teeth(The dentist who does my braces comes to my regular dentist’s office once a month on a Saturday to help all of the people who need braces and stuff).

In case you’re wondering dear reader I got pink and red for my band colors today.

I have to see my regular dentist next Friday to get my teeth cleaned again(I go every 6 months to get them cleaned).

Thanks again dear reader for staying with me on this journey and giving me the courage to keep facing my fears :).

PS. One month down possibly only 5 more to go until I can get them off (since I am only doing my bottom teeth).

Tell me what you think.
