Dear reader I just got a letter from court today saying that in 20 days from today that my divorce will get the next available court date to finalize it.

Dear reader I looked up online on the court house website what I have to do in regards to the letter and it says that I don’t have to do anything about it because it’s all about him as the “petitioner”, I am the “respondent” and I already had my dad mail out to him my response to the divorce papers saying that I want it to go through and I want to get my maiden name back legally, He should have gotten them on Monday.

So according to the information after 20 days from today the judge will look at the paperwork and my answer to the paperwork and grant the divorce and a certified copy of my divorce decree will be mailed out to me by the court.

I still have the paperwork to send to the court house to get the certified copy of my divorce decree from the court once it’s finalized if anything goes wrong so I am covered either way.
