Quick website status update(10/27/16)

Dear reader I am writing this post to let you know that I fixed/had fixed website related issues that were coming up in the back end.

*Fingers crossed* This means that we should have no problems with the site as far as things that I know of.

As of right now my Domain name is paid for until 2018. My hosting service is through a different company since I had to switch it pretty much at the start of the self-hosting process because of issues with bandwidth and stuff.

My hosting is paid for until next year I want to try to pay for 2017 early just because I don’t want to worry about trying to come up with the money at the time and not having it if worse comes to worse and I can’t pay for it earlier then I will put the amount in my savings account.

The only way that I can see something happening where I won’t be able to have control over the site (aside from hacking) is if something happens to me wherein I don’t have the physical ability to get to the internet.

If you are new here and don’t know I am physically disabled from Cerebral Palsy(CP) and because of it i can’t walk at all so that means that if somehow my situation changed and I couldn’t get to a source of internet the site would be affaffected that way.
I will try my best to keep this site as active as possible. This blog and you guys mean more to me than I can ever truly explain or thank you for.

Also as a side note I have noticed that i lost a few followers on here since I moved to self-hosting I don’t know if that was because of me/my content or because they got lost in moving process.

If you want to know whenever I post new stuff or help my odds of being able to be approved by NetGalley and other places where they look at your follower count when deciding on whether or not to approved your request for a book review please subscribe to the blog via email. You can change how many emails you  receive about me by clicking on the manage your subscription link in the bottom of the email you receive after you’ve signed up.
