Book Review: The Lincoln Conspiracy by Timothy L. O’Brian

Dear reader I just finished reading “The Lincoln Conspiracy” by Timothy L. O’Brian. I picked up this book in the Nook store on my tablet when it was on sale for $2.99 because it seemed interesting, my personal review of the book is as follows:

I found that the settings & all of the historical details of it seemed to overcome the story of the book for about the first 180 pages after that the story came back to the for front only to have the background and details overwhelm me again for about another 60 or so pages.

The plot twists involving certain “bad guys” get the upper hand were interesting however by this point I was confused about what was so important about what the main character was trying to uncover and when I finally found out I wasn’t as surprised as I probably should have been. This is another book that I feel would have been better as a movie. Overall I personally rate this book a 3/10.

Happy reading dear reader ?. Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get approved by Netgally and other places for future books ♡.
