Book Review: The Rule of Luck: Catherine Cerveny

Dear reader I just finished reading “The Rule of Luck” book number one in the “Felicia Sevigny” series by Catherine Cerveny. I picked up this book in the Nook store on my tablet because it seemed interesting and it was on sale for $1.99. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I really like the main character and I was totally into the storyline until around the plot twist that happens around page 124 (in my Nook edition) in my personal opinion it was way too convenient on a lot of different ways(I can’t really explain why without giving away really important plot points).

As the romantic plotline began to play out I became more and more engrossed into finding out what happens next for them. I also really liked the fact that the book shows a mother daughter relationship that’s dysfunctional because not everyone has a great relationship with their mom.

The last half of the book through until the ending are why I’m giving this book an 8 and a half out of 10. I will be downloading the next book in the series from the Nook store on my tablet as soon as I’ve finished posting this review because I have to know what happens next. Happy reading dear ?.  Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get considered by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews ♡.
