Dear reader I just finished reading The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. I picked up a soft-cover copy of the book when my dad took me to Barnes and Noble the beginning of the month. My personal review of the book is as follows:
I honestly don’t know how to review this book because I personally didn’t understand the mechanics of how the main plot line worked at all(I can’t really explain why without giving away major plot points), I did love the setting/world building of the book it was a major reason why I stayed interested in the book because I felt like I was in the world walking around the circus myself. I didn’t personally feel a connection to the characters (I think because I was so busy/confused trying to figure out how the mechanics of how the plot worked). Spoilers ahead so read at your own risk if you haven’t already finished reading the book yet.
I think that if you like “Romeo and Juliet” feeling storylines meets a circus then you’ll more than likely enjoy the this book. I don’t personally feel comfortable with rating this book because I have no feelings abut it one way or the other. Happy reading dear reader ?. Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get considered by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews ❤.
