Book Review: The Gallery: Laura Marx Fitzgerald

Dear reader I just finished reading “The Gallery” by Laura Marx Fitzgerald. I picked up this book in hardcover edition from (I paid for it myself) because it seemed interesting. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I really liked the characters, the storyline in of it self(in my personal opinion) didn’t really get going/become interesting until around the middle of chapter 10. I feel like certain aspects of the plot were really(in my personal opinion) far fetched(I can’t really explain how without giving how the main plot crisis(what the main character was trying to fix) was dealt with) which took me out of the story a bit. I also wish that things could have been wrapped up a bit more for the narrator.

I feel like if you are a fan of “Downton Abby”, storylines set around the same time period, or like stories with a “Jane Eyre” feeling to them then you’ll more than likely enjoy this book. Overall I personally rate this book a 5 out of 10 (Mostly because I really like the main character(narrator). Happy reading dear reader 😊. Please like and share this review if you enjoy it doing so helps me to get approved by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews 💖.
